A move away from traditional company car schemes
During 2003 ACCREDIS investigated the deployment of its revolutionary mileage capture system in the United Kingdom; what became clear was that the trend to move away from traditional company car schemes demanded a robust method of mileage capture and reconciliation. Linked to this the Driving at Work guidelines, managing work related Health and Safety, were issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The HSE recommended the monitoring of work related driving and impressed upon employers their Duty of Care responsibilities.

Tax Compliant Mileage Recording
Accredis offers HMRC compliant mileage reporting as standard. Many systems provide start and end locations but not the reason for the journey (Business, private or commute).
The Tax Report also gives you the option to select either a detailed route taken for business trips or just the start and end locations as well as of course the distance travelled.

Accredis is registered with the Data protection authority and meets the requirements of data protection. If you are the driver of a company car you want to be assured that you have maximum privacy when trip information is viewed by third parties.
