Accredis has secured its dedicated segment of the nationwide GPRS network. Moreover Accredis attaches great importance to protecting the information of its customers. Therefore, for our encrypted secure communication between Accredis Online / Communicator and the Accredis web server is a business critical requirement and is a standard feature for all our products.

HMRC Compliant Reporting

Accredis offers HMRC compliant mileage reporting as standard. Many systems provide start and end locations but not the reason for the journey (Business, private or commute).

The Tax Report also gives you the option to select either a detailed route taken for business trips or just the start and end locations as well as of course the distance travelled.

Mileage capture with privacy guaranteed

Accredis is registered with the Data protection authority and meets the requirements of data protection. If you are the driver of a company car you want to be assured that you have maximum privacy when trip information is viewed by third parties.

This is not only a legal requirement but an attribute that Accredis attaches enormous value to.

Mileage recorded direct from the odometer

Almost all track and trace systems record their mileage using GPS coordinates. GPS antenna does not always manage to achieve a fix. This may lead to deviation of the mileage driven – such a discrepancy could cost you dearly.

This is why connecting to the odometer to gather mileage driven is more of an accurate and reliable method.

Single trip administration systems such as iPhone and other smart phone applications are also not always suitable. Similar to a traditional paperbased method they are open to serious discrepancies and thus not HMRC compliant.
