As a user of ACCREDIS Basic or Online you are able to acquire an insight into how the vehicles in your fleet are being used. This information is vital for fleet managers.
The website of ACCREDIS allows standard reports to be generated. It is also possible to download data and convert it personally to your required report format. But ACCREDIS goes a step further and offers you a powerful management tool in the form of AccMan, which allows you to translate the movements of your fleet into valuable information in even greater detail.
The AccMan software package helps you make the most of your journey data. You can create summaries of the mileage and the number of working, stoppage and travelling hours. Data relating to each driver is totalled per day, week and month. You receive quick and detailed information about journey, working and stoppage hours as well as visited addresses and start and end times.
AccMan also works together seamlessly with Microsoft Excel. Tables, diagrams, histograms and other summaries are compiled via this powerful spreadsheet application.
Thanks to an interface with Microsoft MapPoint, the routes travelled, places that have been visited and intermediate stops for each journey can be displayed on a geographical map on-screen and printed out if required. Here too, the full functionality of MapPoint remains at your disposal.
Seamless interfacing with Microsoft® MapPoint 2004 makes it easy to display travelled routes on a map. Simply select a group of data and the route is displayed.
The full functionality offered by MapPoint to an end user is at your disposal. You can therefore simply zoom in on details relating to a route. The route stamps of the ACCREDIS® Basic or Online system are numbered. Double-clicking on one of these numbers displays details such as the GPS position, road signs and the date/time. Details of a journey can also be viewed via a table.
AccMan allows you to breakdown the hours incurred by each driver. The calculations are made on the basis of the definition of working hours as specified under the "Settings" option of AccMan which can be customised by the user.
In addition to a summary in the form of tables, you can also group this information and present it in the form of simple bar charts. This makes it easier to interpret the information.
If you require an insight into how time is spent at an address visited by a driver, AccMan can provide the answer. For each address, you can obtain a detailed overview of the number of direct and indirect hours during a specified period.
An interesting option offered by AccMan is the compilation of complex bar charts. This allows you to compare and interpret a wealth of information in a compact way.
The table summarises how often a driver has been at a particular address during a specified period.
AccMan offers an extensive option to you the user to set working hour regulations applicable to your own organisation. Journey data is interpreted on the basis of these settings.
