With the ACCREDIS system you are capturing an enormous amount of information about individual employee movements and activity. That data can be loaded directly into your corporate employee expenses management system.
The employee no longer has to spend time recording all of their business journeys on a paper claim form to submit to their managers for authorisation and payment. The business journeys recorded by ACCREDIS are automatically loaded into an electronic employee claim form (the Virtual Claim Form). Details of journeys, locations and distances are all displayed on the Virtual Claim Form and all the employee needs to do is complete any other expense items like car parking or hotel invoices and submit their claim form for approval and payment.
A full history of previous claims is held within the system allowing employees to review their previous claims. At the end of the year the P11D is produced automatically for those employees with a taxable benefit to declare.
